Quiet areas on SETU campus

We have many quiet areas on campus to help neurodivergent students relax between lectures and study times. These include our sensory room, green areas, quiet room in the main atrium, pod chairs in the Luke Wadding Library on entrance level.

How could this affect me?

The sensory room is located next to the SETU medical centre. It is a quiet private space available to our autistic students. Access is provided by our ASD worker. The room has LED lights, massage function chairs, soft bean bags,  weighted blankets to help students who are overwhelmed to self regulate in a calming private space. There is also a quiet room on the main campus near c35 on 1st floor (Atrium) and also a quiet room on our College Street campus in room C013 for our students to access at any time also.
