The ARE Helpdesk is open on the Cork Road Campus Monday to Friday, 9.00-12.30 and 14.00-16.00 in the Student Services Building, next to the Students’ Union. At the College Street Campus the ARE Helpdesk is open Monday to Friday, 9.00-12.30pm and 14.00pm to 16.00pm, inside the main entrance. SETU | ARE Helpdesk

SETU Counselling Service is also located in this building and you can book an appointment online. Student Counselling is also available on College St. Campus Room A003 and also next to Student Life & Learning Office on that campus.
