The ARE Helpdesk is open on the Cork Road Campus Monday to Friday, 9.00-12.30 and 14.00-16.00 in the Student Services Building, next to the Students’ Union. At the College Street Campus the ARE Helpdesk is open Monday to Friday, 9.00-12.30pm and 14.00pm to 16.00pm, inside the main entrance. SETU Counselling Service is also located in this building and you can book and appointment online.
